Welcome!
I’m so glad you’re here.
I’m Rebecca Holohan (she/her), and I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor specializing in somatic therapy for neurodivergent adults living in Massachusetts, Colorado, and Minnesota.
Discovering in my thirties that I had ADHD changed everything for me, and now I’m passionate about supporting late-identified neurodivergent adults in building authentic lives and discovering what they need to thrive.
My approach to therapy starts with honoring your strengths and identities and building a positive therapeutic relationship where all parts of you are welcome. I apply a social justice framework to counseling, engaging in critical self-reflection about my own social locations and identities as well as acknowledging and examining how systems of power and oppression impact mental health and life experiences.
As a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, I offer gender and LGBTQIA+ affirming therapy. I also practice in alignment with the Health at Every Size approach.
I welcome and enjoy working with clients of all backgrounds and identities.
