Many ADHDers have been given “tips and tricks” (Set timers! Use a planner!) to increase productivity that only work short-term. Somatic ADHD therapy takes a different approach.
Together, we’ll use mind-body tools to:
Understand the pattern of frantic pushing/crashing that leads to burnout and learn ways to stop the cycle and find balance
Discover positive ways to find motivation and reach your goals
Develop simple, ADHD-specific self-care practices to support feeling safe, grounded, and joyful in daily life

Support you in recognizing and attending to sensory and organizational needs in daily life
Develop skills for working with emotions, connecting to your body, and building meaningful relationships
Learn ways to pace your energy to prevent burnout and support thriving
